Kodiak Pest Solutions provides residential and commercial pest management services throughout our service area. Our goal is to deliver professional, safe, and effective pest management while providing exceptional customer service.

2. Scheduling Services

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by email.

Appointment requests submitted through our website are not guaranteed until confirmed by Kodiak Pest Solutions.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, technician availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Commercial services are generally quoted individually based on the property's size, pest pressure, service frequency, and other factors.

Residential pricing applies to standard homes and may require adjustment for unique situations.

Any additional services requested outside the selected service plan may result in additional charges.

4. Service Plans

Kodiak360° Protection Plans are recurring service programs designed to provide ongoing pest prevention.

Service frequency, covered pests, and included services vary by plan.

Please review your selected service plan for complete details regarding coverage and included services.

5. Covered Pests

Unlimited callbacks apply only to pests covered under the customer's selected service plan.

Certain pests, wildlife, wood-destroying organisms, or specialty treatments may require separate services or additional charges.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the property.

  • Secure pets before service.

  • Notify Kodiak Pest Solutions of any known hazards.

  • Follow preparation instructions when provided.

  • Inform us of any changes affecting scheduled service.

Failure to provide access may result in a trip charge or rescheduling fee.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card

  • ACH

  • Other approved payment methods

Late payments may result in service interruption or additional fees where permitted by law.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled by contacting us before your scheduled appointment.

Recurring service agreements may include additional cancellation provisions outlined in your service agreement.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If covered pests return between regularly scheduled services under an eligible protection plan, Kodiak Pest Solutions will provide additional service in accordance with the terms of your selected plan.

The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to:

  • New pest infestations not covered by the service plan

  • Structural deficiencies

  • Sanitation issues beyond our control

  • Customer failure to follow recommendations

  • Severe weather or environmental conditions

10. Property Conditions

Successful pest management often depends on customer cooperation.

Recommendations may include:

  • Exclusion repairs

  • Moisture correction

  • Vegetation trimming

  • Sanitation improvements

  • Removal of conducive conditions

Kodiak Pest Solutions cannot guarantee permanent elimination if recommended corrective actions are not completed.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Interfere with website functionality.

  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, photographs, text, branding, and other materials, is the property of Kodiak Pest Solutions unless otherwise noted.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kodiak Pest Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.

Kodiak Pest Solutions shall not be responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, labor shortages, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.
